I used a pretty good reference for this one, so yes, it's accurate. If it was in colour, you could see by the cloth piece in her hair "bun" that she is a Maiko.

This is nice ^_^ I love maiko and geisha images, and yes, I see it in the hairstyle. Isn't this the hair where the maiko is almost ready to be a full geisha?
